Code seal

A code seal is a permanent, tamper-proof imprint that is physically embedded into the bag seal.

The Audion impulse sealers are configured with a replaceable heating element made of a specialized material. The heating element is located in the bottom sealing bar. On the top sealing arm, the sealing rubber is laser-etched with an imprint of characters and/or numbers that are specified by the customer.

When the film to be sealed is positioned under the sealing arm, the sealing arm should be closed and is held in place (by an electro magnet) until the heating and cooling cycle is completed. The result is a permanent, tamper-proof imprint that is physically embedded into the bag seal.
